MSC exceeded our expectations with our indoor remodel. They turned our underused seasonal room into the main feature of our home! They integrated our sunroom with our kitchen to create a large living space for entertaining our family and friends. CMS did a big project for me, replacing all of my concrete walks and steps, moving the gutter spouts away from the house, and doing a large patio with pavers. They worked so hard, did a beautiful job and even did a few extra things like fixing a loose gate and shoring up my fence. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

We would highly recommend CMS. Our experience with them was positive from start to finish. The crew was very courteous and hard working. We worked well with the project manager, Eder. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. The office assistant, Priscilla was very helpful and nice to work with.We had a number projects which we needed to have done before having a driveway installed. We needed to have the old sewage line from the house to the street replaced, a tree removed, and an electric vehicle charger installed.Originally, we were going to find different companies to do each of these projects, since we hadn’t found one that would do all of them. However, CMS was able to do all of them. This was incredibly convenient, helped streamline the process and made it affordable. They also handled all of the permits. We had a couple of companies request that we handle the permits.Although, we were not in a rush to have the work done immediately, they started work shortly after we were ready.Before they started the driveway, we changed some of our plans on the design and color of the driveway. They were very accommodating. With Eder’s knowledge and feedback we came up with a design that works with our small yard and desire to have a two car driveway.In addition, Eder suggested a few additional paving projects, to replace the front stoop and add a sidewalk to our sunroom. These added additional costs to the project, but we were very happy that we took his advice, very pleased with the results and feel that it was worth the additional cost. Honestly, we are not sure why we did not have these included in the project beforehand.We pretty much expected total destruction of our front lawn given what needed to be done. However, that was not the case. They did their best to preserve what they could. In addition, they replaced our neighbors rotting fence (which needed to be removed to replace the sewage pipe), kept the street clean, and cleaned up at the end of the day. Upon completion of each phase of work, they proactively address any imperfections with the work without needing to be asked.The driveway, sidewalks and stoop came out better than we had hoped. We felt there was a pride in workmanship that showed in the work done.
